As Thanksgiving quickly approaches, I am reminded just how much I have to be thankful for. I thought I would do a little reminiscing today on one of my very favorite weddings from January 2015 that I was lucky enough to have planned and designed.
Erika and Greg are both captains in the army, and we have them to thank for being able to appreciate this holiday in the comfort of our own home with our family. I want to thank all of the special men and women who fight every day for our country, so that we can enjoy holidays such as this.
Their wedding was not only gorgeous – it was awe-inspiring. One of my favorite parts about their ceremony was that they asked their guests to write a note or share a piece of advice that they could read on their first anniversary. So this coming January, Erika and Greg will be able to reflect on how blessed they are for the friends and family that they have in their life.
I hope everyone has a fabulous Thanksgiving, and is able to take the time to cherish all the little things they are thankful for in their life!
